Mobile robot maker Seegrid Corp. this week announced the launch of its new online help center.
The Pittsburgh-based company said the Seegrid Help Center gives its customers access to specialized insights, product information, and mobile automation use cases curated by its engineering, service, and support teams.

Online help center provides 24-hour support
The company said the help center complements its robust training, service, and support offerings. The online platform offers a personalized experience for end-users and is available 24/7, providing the ability to self-serve on a wide variety of topics and categories, including autonomous mobile robot (AMR) models, to support, optimize, and advance the use of their Seegrid systems.
