Morning Consult released its annual list of the Most Trusted Brands in the U.S., which included supply chain stalwarts UPS, USPS, and Amazon. This recognition highlights the critical role these companies play in the supply chain and logistics industry, ensuring reliable and efficient service to meet growing consumer demands.
UPS ranked second on the list for the second straight year maintaining its position as a dependable and trusted brand in the logistics sector. The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) also secured a spot in the top 10, ranking tenth. The company recently replaced FedEx as USPS’s main air cargo provider
Retail giant Amazon ranked sixth on the list, down three spots from last year. The company, which posted a strong first quarter, recently expanded its distribution network to compete with Walmart, Shein, and Temu.
Band-Aid finished first overall for the second straight year with Google (3), Lysol (4), and Dove (5) rounding out the top five.
The report also revealed generational trust trends, with Amazon and UPS appearing in the top 15 most-trusted brands across all age groups. It was conducted in the first quarter of 2024 with over 30,000 U.S. adults participating.
