Radiant Logistics Acquires Seattle-Based Cascade Transportation
With the acquisition, Radiant strengthens its presence in key markets including retail, e-commerce, and production furniture.
Radiant Logistics announced it has acquired the operations of Cascade Transportation, a Seattle-based company offering domestic and international transportation and logistics services.
Founded in 1982, Cascade services various sectors including retail, e-commerce, production furniture, and tradeshows. Post-acquisition, Cascade will continue under its current leadership and operate as Radiant Global Logistics (RGL-SEA).

Radiant Logistics, Inc. is a publicly traded third-party logistics company providing global transportation and value-added logistics solutions primarily in the U.S. and Canada.
